General Manager - Glenn Ormsby
Glenn Ormsby is the interim general manager of Tourism Bay of Plenty.  Glenn is a Bay of Plenty local and was the former General Manager of Tourism Waitaki, in Oamaru and Tourism Whitsundays in Queensland.

i-SITE Manager - Rawinia Houia
Rawinia's role at Tourism Bay of Plenty includes product development and overseeing the management of the two i-SITE visitor centres.  Ra's background includes over two years as a Sales and Information Consultant and i-SITE Supervisor.

Communications Coordinator - Petrina Page
Petrina works with local, industry and national media to maximise the profile of the Bay of Plenty. Petrina also distributes media releases and newsletters and manages the www.bayofplentynz.com  website.

Office Coordinator - Heather Gerritsen
Heather started at Tourism Bay of Plenty in November 2008.  Heather has a strong administration background and has also completed papers in tourism, conference and events and accounting.

Convention Bureau Manager – Trudi Peet
Trudi manages the Convention, Incentive and Events Bureau.  Trudi has been involved in the tourism industry for over 25 years and brings a wealth of experience to the team. Trudi will be responsible for attracting conference and incentive business to the Western Bay of Plenty, as well as identifying new opportunities to host events in the region.

Cruise Manager – Tania Lindsey
Tania managings the annual cruise ship season in the Bay of Plenty.  Tania has lived in the Bay of Plenty since 2006 and she has worked the last few cruise ship seasons with ID Tours inbound operators.
