TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Hotel asks for credit card details upon check in, if this is unavailable you will be asked for a bond to be paid on arrival, (refundable on departure). You will be liable for any damage to the rooms or property both malicious or accidental by yourself or your guests. We ask that all guests respect their fellow guests and there is to be no noise after 10pm and all visitors not booked into the hotel are also expected to leave at this time.

CANCELLATION CLAUSE

We require credit card details to secure your booking. Nothing will be charged to your card unless you fail to cancel and fail to show, only then will one nights accommodation be charged to your card. 2 months notice of cancellation required for Christmas/New Year holiday period/Easter and Labour weekend. 2 weeks notice required for all school holidays. At all other times you have 24 hours before the expected day of arrival to cancel your booking. In the event of a late cancellation every effort will be made to on sell the room and you will only be responsible for the cost if this is unsuccessful.
